How Your Smart Hotel works
Your bookings drive the heating room by room — warm for arrivals, saving energy on empty rooms.
Your Smart Hotel connects your bookings to your heating, room by room. When a room is due to be occupied it warms up in time for arrival; when it's empty it drops to a lower "setback" temperature so you're never heating unsold rooms.
The pieces
- Rooms — each bedroom, suite or function room the system controls.
- Occupancy — where each room's bookings come from: your PMS (e.g. Guestline) or a calendar per room.
- Devices — the radiator valves (TRVs), thermostats, sensors and switches in each room, talking to the on-site bridge.
- Schedules — the comfort and setback temperatures and times each room follows.
It all runs on a box installed at your property, so it keeps working even if the internet drops. Staff and managers use the console in a web browser.
