Replacing a faulty device
Swap out a dead valve or sensor cleanly.
- Fit the replacement and pair it.
- Assign it to the same room.
- Remove the old device once the new one is reporting.
If a valve has simply gone quiet, try a fresh battery first — a flat battery is the most common cause of a device dropping off. See Low battery warnings.
