Your devices talk to a local bridge (a Zigbee/Matter gateway) installed at the property. It's the hub every valve and sensor connects through, and it's supplied and configured by Centurion.

• It keeps working without the internet, so heating carries on during an outage.
• Its connection details are managed by Centurion — the console shows its status and lets staff pair new devices.
