Grouping rooms into zones

Organise rooms by floor or wing for tidier control and reporting.

Zones keep a larger property manageable. Group rooms by floor, wing or type so the dashboard and reports read cleanly and you can act on a set of rooms at once.

1. Open Zones and create a zone (e.g. "Second floor").
2. Add the rooms that belong to it.

Zones are for organisation — each room still follows its own occupancy and schedule underneath.
