Connecting your PMS (Guestline)
Link your property management system so live bookings drive room heating.
Connecting your PMS means every reservation, move and cancellation flows straight into the heating — no double entry.
- On the Links page, add your PMS connection (Centurion usually sets this up during install).
- Map each PMS room to its room in the console — matching names/numbers makes this automatic.
- Bookings then appear against each room and drive its heating.
Keep room names in step. If you rename or renumber rooms in the PMS, tell your manager so the mapping stays correct — otherwise a room's bookings can land on the wrong room.
No PMS, or a space the PMS doesn't cover (like a function room)? Use a calendar per room instead.
