Linking a room's calendar
Drive a room from its own iCal calendar when you are not using the PMS for it.
Any room can be driven by its own calendar link — useful for rooms sold through a channel (e.g. a listing site) or spaces the PMS doesn't handle.
- Get the room's calendar export link (an address ending in
.ics) from wherever its bookings live. - On the Links page (or the room), add a calendar link and paste the URL.
- The room's bookings appear and start driving its heating.
In a hotel it's one calendar per room — each link feeds exactly one room, unlike a single holiday let where several calendars feed one property.
