How bookings drive the heating
Each room warms ahead of arrival and drops back after departure — automatically.
Every room has an occupancy source — your PMS or a calendar. The system reads it continuously and heats each room around its bookings:
- Ahead of an arrival, the room warms so it's at comfort temperature by check-in.
- While occupied, it holds comfort on its schedule.
- After check-out it falls back to setback to save energy.
Empty rooms cost nothing to keep warm — because they aren't. That's where the savings come from, without staff lifting a finger.
